Who regulates what

What PesaSense is, and what it is not.

The honest picture

As of 1 October 2026. Status to be confirmed.

This is education, not financial advice.
We never hold your funds, your keys, or your M-Pesa balance.
PesaSense is not a licensed exchange or investment adviser. That status is still to be confirmed.

The on-ramp partner's licence status is to be confirmed. We do not call a partner licensed until that is checked.

On the web app, M-Pesa statements are read on your phone and stay there. If you use the Telegram bot, you send the statement to the bot so it can build your picture — that path leaves your phone. Either way, you approve every purchase; nothing is sent on its own.
